Supervise site works, inspections, testing, and approval of materials and samples.
Monitor work progress, quality control, and maintain daily site records.
Coordinate inspections, documentation, and handover of completed works.
Verify and certify progress claims, variations, and completed works.
Identify defects, monitor rectification works, and ensure timely closure.
Ensure site safety, housekeeping, ECM compliance, and proper temporary works.
Review Risk Assessments, Method Statements, PTW/NTW prior to work commencement.
Coordinate with authorities and assist in final account close-out.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent with
minimum 5 years' experience
as RTO / Clerk of Works.
Valid
ACES or IES certification

Certified in
Work at Height, Confined Space
, and
Building Construction Supervisor Safety
.
