Job Description

RTO registration with BCA/IES with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the supervision of drainage upgrading works in Singapore. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, recognized and acceptable by the Commissioner of Building Control. Have attended the mandatory safety training course, "Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course" or equivalent conducted by a MOM-approved training provider. Supervise the execution of the construction works including temporary works for replacement and diversion of canal/drain. Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications; including the emergency repair works of any damages on the existing utilities/services, pipelines, structures, roads, lands, properties or trees, caused by the drain/canal and/or diversion work Monitor the Contractor's progress and performance and maintain proper site records of the works Take photos of the worksite and update the Client with proper labels through email / WhatsApp on a daily basis Inspect/supervise diversion and/or replacement works on a full-time basis progressively at the worksite including night work supervision and supervision on weekends and public holidays, as and when required Verifying contractors' CCTV live video feeds and inspection reports * Keep and maintain proper site records and documentation, e.g. attendance records of PM, RTO, STO, Professional Engineers, and contractor's site personnel
