Carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site. Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety. To ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. To liaise with the contractors in the coordination of site works and resolving site installation problems. Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned. Diploma / ITC (Higher NITEC/NTC-2 NITEC) in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred Preferably registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building services in the supervision of commercial/ institutional/ healthcare/ hospitality development with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical services and local construction practices. * Advantageous for candidates proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports.
