• Working Days: 5.5 days
• Working Hours: 9am to 6pm on Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.

• Salary: $3,500 - $3,800

Job Overview:We are seeking a qualified Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to assist in overseeing civil and structural works for construction and ACA projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and quality standards throughout all project phases. The RTO will also provide on-site support, conduct inspections, and assist with reporting and safety compliance efforts.Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision s Inspection: Assist with on-site supervision by conducting regular inspections, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Defect Identification s Rectification: Identify, document, and monitor defects in construction work, ensuring timely rectification in line with project specifications and timelines.
• Meetings s Reporting: Attend site/project meetings to provide progress updates, discuss technical issues, and assist in preparing regular progress reports for management.
• Safety Compliance: Support the enforcement of on-site safety regulations and ensure all personnel adhere to safety protocols.
• Quality Control Support: Implement quality control measures to ensure works meet required standards and project specifications.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required by senior management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• RTO Accreditation: Registered RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation
• Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the
• Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
• Familiarity with project management software and local building codes.
• Availability to work on weekends or public holidays as required.
• Experience working for a registered training organisation (RTO) is a plus.
