Job Details Title: Residential Security Officer Type: Full-time Hours: Rotating 12-hours shift (2 day, 2 night, 2 off) Salary: $2,500 - $2,800 Annual Leave: 10 days Medical benefits and 13th month bonus will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safety and security of resident, guests, assets, and property.
- Maintain 24hr CCTV surveillance of areas within property.
- Perform access control duties - verify visitors and deliveries.
- Prevent and detect any form of suspicious character or items in the premises.
- To assist with luggage/porter services when needed.
Requirement
- 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in security preferred.
- Physically fit.
- Good proficiency of spoken English and Mandarin.
- Hardworking and positive attitude with polite and pleasant demeanour.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possess valid security license and Occupational First Aid Course (OFAC) certification.
