The Role Responsibilities
The Resourcing Relationship Manager – CCIB will be accountable for managing and driving key strategic projects through effective relationship management by identifying, planning and leading the delivery of new and existing change initiatives arising from resourcing and client-driven opportunities. The portfolio of these projects could span across resourcing operations, D&I initiatives, Work force planning and process efficiency to name a few. This role will also be responsible for delivering regular, timely and effective MI and reporting to provide a view on the current health of the function, areas of concern highlighting key issues though a data driven approach so that appropriate and timely mitigation can be put in place. Strategy

  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements; questioning, challenging and proposing innovative and customer-centric solutions whilst driving standardisation and simplification of process and technology.
  • Manage an ongoing book-of-work of change initiatives for CCIB Resourcing. Provide transparency on the in-flight and pipeline of new initiatives. Track delivery and business benefit realisation.a
  • Drive solution definition and change execution through working with global business and Resourcing/HR partners.
  • Support the development of a strategic change agenda and provide visibility and engagement on assigned business change pipeline and develop strong business cases to support the same
  • Manage specific global projects when assigned – this includes full project lifecycle delivery.
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, controls and standards
  • Leverage MSTR and the HR data and Analytics team to support the delivery of relevant TA and HR data and MI, that will enable the CCIB business to help
  • Look across demand pipeline to gain holistic view of all demand.
  • Provide advice and oversight for the definition and delivery of all prioritised MI and data (new and changes) demand.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand and gain consensuses for all prioritised MI and data requirements.
  • Document all MI and data demand requirements
  • Act as a resourcing champion for the CCIB Employee value proposition
Business
  • Partner and face-off to cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities. Where necessary be hands-on to refine and clarify the definition of the need and drive solution definition and delivery through close collaboration with relevant global business and TA/HR stakeholders and providers
  • Increase the profile of TA, developing a strong network of internal and external stakeholders (including senior managers in the business, HR, candidates, suppliers)
  • Increase stakeholder awareness of what resourcing offers and needs in return
Processes
  • Create close, collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders across HR (including generalists, operations, other product specialists, HR Change Management, HR Service Delivery, Analytics, Reward, Talent & Learning etc), who will provide key expertise and insights required to execute talent strategies for designated Business / Function
Risk Management & Governance
  • Use data and factual evidence to drive and underpin day-to-day actions and decision-making (including identifying opportunities for improvement and driving for gap resolutions)
  • Overall accountability for ensuring disciplined adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies, procedures, limits and other control requirements for designated Business / Function
  • All material risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, monitored and reported (including emerging risks on the horizon)
  • All key risk control standards are adhered to, with relevant plans in place
  • Audits and peer reviews are appropriately managed, and all applicable items are graded "acceptable" or "well controlled" (or the equivalent)
  • Drive discipline and ensure exemplary compliance to controls. Review non-compliant activity across designated Business / Function, building collective capability and understanding of the difference between errors of commission and omission

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 8+ years of extensive experience in an operations role within Resourcing
  • Prior experience of recruitment is preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all seniority levels and cultures throughout the organisation
  • Experience in and / or good general knowledge of the Financial Services industry
  • Working knowledge of the Bank’s client groups, structure and operations
