Being both an enthusiastic team player and a individual contributor will be an important balance depending on the projects in hand.What You Will Work OnWorking in support of the Senior CSC Consultant you will coordinate activities and support the delivery of Crisis Response and Security Risk Management services in APAC. Typically, tasks are likely to include:Writing, supervising, and copy-editing of regular and bespoke analytical reports on threat perils
Research appropriate intelligence verified data and sources and prepare verbal and/or written briefing material ahead of client engagements or presentations
Representing Crisis24 at client meetings and other engagements
Supporting the business across a wide range of activities including marketing, travel coordination and administration tasks where necessary. Likely administrative tasks include inputting and tracking tasks using Salesforce and coordinating with finance teams for paying subcontractors and invoicing clients.
Support Special Risk Response, All Hazards Response and Product Risk Response programme with administrative services and support
Willingness to deploy, ideally with advanced notice, internationally in support of Crisis and Security Consulting projects - most likely to be within Southeast Asia.Who You Will Work WithYou will work as part of a small team based in Singapore. The team is bolstered by an array of retained and embedded consultants working across Asia to support our clients. The global CSC team is spread globally with key hubs in Dubai, London and North America; you will collaborate with team members from these offices on a regular basis, particularly those in Dubai. The wider team has a collaborative approach to projects and prides itself on its fun, outgoing personalities.What You Will BringThe best applicants will bring the following competences:International Relations/Security Studies (or similar) at a master\'s level qualification is preferable
3+ years relevant industry specific experience
Experience of living and working overseas
Excellent English written and oral presentation skills (demonstrable experience of present to large audiences preferred)
Experience of working in a variety of commercial environments is required
Analytical mindset is critical to the success of this role
An adaptable and flexible approach to working is required
Previous commercial/corporate security and/or analytical experience
Integrity, professionalism, and discretion; individuals must be able to handle information and issues of the upmost sensitivity
An understanding of Security and Risk Management principles based on best practice standards
Attention to detail, together with the ability to proofread and provide feedback from the out start of the contract
Calm, resourceful and with the ability to make sensible decisions whilst dealing with complex and emotive problems
A personable and engaging individual able to present to a variety of commercial audiences
Time management skills, including the ability to keep to tight deadlines
A team player who can operate independently when required
Interested in geopolitical and security issues and how such issues impact various global sectors
IT literate with a demonstrative knowledge of all Windows programmes and applications
Eligibility to reside/work in SingaporeThe following experience will be a bonus:Experience traveling within high-risk regions/countries
A demonstratable understanding of regions and relevant security picture/prominent threats
Language capabilities
A knowledge of cyber threats, cyber threat actors and malware/ransomware variants
Understanding of Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) monitoring platforms and applications
