About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team! This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, has strong leadership and customer service skills, and enjoys coordinating events and functions to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the service team, and ensure smooth execution of in-house and private events.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and hygiene.
Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Plan, organize, and coordinate restaurant events, corporate bookings, and private functions.
Work with the culinary and service teams to create event menus and setups that exceed client expectations.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Monitor inventory, staff scheduling, and cost control to achieve operational efficiency.
Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining smooth operations.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum
2-3 years of supervisory or assistant management experience
in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Proven
event coordination or banquet planning
experience is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
Passionate about food, service excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences.
