Job Description


  • Plan staff duty schedule for service crew and ensure sufficient staff.
  • Make every effort to let customers feel welcome with friendly and uncompromising service.
  • Solicit feedback from customers and staff, for areas of improvement and incorporate useful suggestions into operations.
  • Supervise operations in outlet and serve customers.
  • Handle cashiering when others are not available.
  • Handle customer complaints, maintaining good customer relationships.
  • Tally cash register and bank in cash daily.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by Manager.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in Hospitality or is equivalent.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Enjoys interacting with people and servicing customers.
  • Always keen to get feedback for improvement.
  • Possess good supervisory skills such as organizing, planning and human relations skills.
  • Able to control costs & use given resources efficiently & productively.
  • Able to lead, manage, train and motivate outlet staff and is mature.
  • Required to work 6 days per week.
