Driving sales by promoting and securing bookings for private dining, corporate events, and special occasions at the restaurant
Handling all event-related inquiries with professionalism, providing tailored proposals and quotations to clients
Coordinating with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution of events, from booking through to post-event follow-up
Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business
Assisting in developing and executing sales strategies, including marketing campaigns and promotional packages to boost event sales
Maintaining accurate records of inquiries, bookings, and client communications, providing regular reports to the Manager
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or events within the hospitality or F&B industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and close deals confidently
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Service-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand client needs and provide customised solutions
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with restaurant operations and management teams
