, you'll be the anchor of our service operations.

What You'll Do

Lead the Floor:

Oversee the service team during shifts, ensuring clarity, consistency, and confidence on the floor.

Shape Guest Impressions:

Greet warmly, carry yourself professionally, and set the standard for attentive service.

Keep Service Flowing:

Manage seating, pacing, and table turnover to minimise wait times and keep guests comfortable.

Set the Atmosphere:

Ensure music, lighting, and ambience match the energy of the moment.

Coach & Support the Team:

Guide junior staff on the floor, giving real-time feedback and encouragement.

Work Hand-in-Hand with Management:

Align on shift goals, service standards, and operational updates.

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of front-of-house F&B experience (supervisory exposure is a plus) Steady and composed under pressure, even during the busiest rush hours Clear communicator and natural motivator who values teamwork Willing to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, evening), weekends, and public holidays
