Job Description
Summary We are looking for a friendly and welcoming F&B Hostess to join our team at a restaurant in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guests are greeted promptly and provided with exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and show them to their table
- Assist to take in and manage reservations via phone, walk-in, email and website.
- Respond to guest enquiries and communications.
- Manage seating arrangements
- Ensure that the dining area is clean and presentable at all times
- Provide guests with menu recommendations and answer any questions they may have
- Attend to any special requests or needs that guests may have
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell promotions and special events to guests
Qualifications / Requirements
- Min 1 year experience in admin/reception/F&B/customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
