Trainee Restaurant Manager (Management Trainee) / Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations within budget and company standards Ensure high-quality food and service delivery at all times Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively Oversee scheduling, manpower planning, and training of team members Drive sales and meet outlet performance targets Manage P&L, inventories, and stock-taking activities Maintain restaurant equipment and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For

A degree in any field Some background in F&B or retail supervisory roles is great, but we also welcome those eager to grow into management Genuine passion for food, people, and creating great customer experiences A natural communicator with leadership potential and a team-player mindset Comfortable using basic tools like MS Word, Excel, and Email Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys challenges We're an inclusive workplace - tattoos and headscarves are welcome (just note that inner sleeves aren't part of the standard uniform)
