Job Title: Restaurant Manager/ Assistant Manager

The Group\'s company is one of in-flight catering provider for Japan domestic flight.

:
- To handle store operations.- To lead and guide a team of Servers/Kitchen.- To handle food and beverage preparation and ensure desired quality and company standards are achieved.- To provide excellent service experience to all customers/and training to all staff.- To handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.- To ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines.- To ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to.- To guide and monitor work performance of all staff.- To handle and manage all sales figure including FL Cost /Sales.- Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs.

Job Requirements:
- At least secondary school qualification and above. - Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the F&B industry. - Prior experience in Japanese restaurant will be an added advantage.- Ability to speak Japanese language is preferred, to liaise with Japanese management, staffs and clients. - Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays. - Quality-driven and customer-centric.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple-task.

Compensation:
- Working hours: Shift rotational (between 7:30am to 11:30pm)- Working days: 5 days/ week (Shift rotational including weekend & public holiday)- Working Location: Jewel Changi- Establishment: Fusion of Japanese & Western cuisine- Benefits: Annual leave, medical leave, uniform provided, yearly bonus (depends on performance), staff discounts, meal provided, transport allowance (if necessary), OT pay.- Chance to join training in Tokyo, Japan (if you interested); Allowance provided.
