Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance to operations standards and procedures.
Plan and control manning to meet business needs.
Develop the team through training, coaching and mentoring with constant interactions.
Constantly identify areas for improvement in service and food and beverage quality by reviewing various service quality audit reports and formulate action plans accordingly.
Handle customers' requests and feedbacks.
Liaise with Chef to ensure a consistently good standard of food quality.
Job Requirements
Experience in Premium Restaurant is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Food & Beverage Service, ideally in upscale dining establishments of fine-dining restaurants or 4-star/5-star Chinese restaurants.
Drive consistent service, process improvement and a passion for providing excellent service
Good written and conversational Chinese is required as there is a need to comprehend menu in Chinese, communicate with Chinese speaking customers, business partners and associates.
