Job Summary:

The

Restaurant Manager

oversees the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for managing staff, handling budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and creating a positive dining experience for guests. The Restaurant Manager also plays a key role in maximizing profitability, managing inventory, and leading the team to meet organizational goals.

:

Oversees operations of the outlet, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards Motivates staff and maintains an open channel of communication between the staff and management Hires and trains staff Organizes and oversees the staff schedules Ensures customer satisfaction, handles and resolves customer complaints Manages and maintains stock inventory Reports daily sales

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry Strong supervisory and leadership skills Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines Singaporeans Preferably able to start work immediately
