Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales FOH & Bar Operations Customer Engagement & Experience Training & Development HR Menu Development Inventory Management & Cost Control Administrative

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years F&B experience in a FOH or Bar role Minimum 2 years leading and motivating teams Proven record in increasing restaurant sales through attracting new customers in and through customer engagement Proven record in adhering to operating and product SOPs Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kegs (up to 30L kegs) required Fluent in both written and spoken English Minimum basic proficiency in MS Excel and Word Ability to work nights, weekends and public holidays Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Valid Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate Basic knowledge of craft beer, cocktails and wines Experience in writing staff progress reports, conducting sales analysis, (via Excel or other tools), P&L analysis and report writing (preferably)
