Restaurant manager for 4 Tonkotsu Kazan restaurants
1. Work in store, manage, schedule, hire staff for up to 4 stores
2. Work and serve, cook Japanese pork-broth ramen
3. Stock count and inventory management
4. Liaise with HQ in Japan and local Japanese management team
5. 6-day week, required to be on standby for any situations including MC or AL from other colleagues.
