Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Manage and train staff to deliver quality customer experience.
Handle scheduling, manpower planning, and staff performance.
Monitor sales, control costs, and improve profitability.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance.
Manage customer feedback and support marketing activities.
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in Western restaurants, with 5 years in Assistant Manager or above role.
Strong knowledge of Western restaurant service standards and workflow.
Good wine knowledge, able to recommend pairings.
Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
