Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Kerala restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and customer experience
Lead and motivate a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and kitchen staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service and maintain high team morale
Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Collaborate with the chef and kitchen staff to develop new menu items and promotions
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and knowledge of inventory management
