Our client is a leading retail company in the F&B industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their operation team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They have island-wide location.
Job Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests, ensuring a positive experience.
Assist in day-to-day operations, maintaining quality and smooth functioning across all areas.
Support team development, encouraging collaboration and growth.
Coordinate with kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
Take ownership of the outlet's P&L, analysing revenue, costs, and profitability to ensure financial targets are met.
Adhere to safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Requirements:
Min 2 years of Restaurant Manager experience
Experience in managing an outlet's P&L and inventory
Comfortable with retail working hours
