Store Manager

to lead our opening team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance evaluation. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards. Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback effectively. Monitor daily sales, POS records, and prepare operational reports. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control. Support marketing campaigns, menu launches, and in-store promotions. Collaborate with headquarters and other departments (HR, Finance, Marketing).

Requirements

Prior experience in F&B management or supervisory roles (minimum 2 years preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges. Knowledge of Korean cuisine or prior Korean restaurant experience will be an advantage. Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as per roster.
