Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Salary Range: SGD 5,000 - 6,500
Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Manage and lead the restaurant team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Monitor food quality, service standards, and hygiene compliance in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Handle inventory management, supplier coordination, and cost control.
Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Address and resolve customer feedback and operational issues in a timely manner.
Prepare reports on sales, staffing, and operational performance for management review.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
Position Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the F&B industry, preferably with restaurant supervisory or management experience.
Passionate about the catering industry, experience in managing chain restaurants is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple operational tasks effectively.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by restaurant operations.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking staff, handling Chinese-language menus and training materials, and engaging with a Mandarin-speaking customer base.
Familiarity with Chinese cuisine operations will be an advantage.
