Roles & Responsibilities:



We are looking for a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and bar services. This role is key in ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that all food and beverage operations are carried out smoothly and efficiently.





Responsibilities:



Supervise and manage daily food and beverage operations. Ensure service excellence and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate service staff to perform effectively. Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and order supplies when needed. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health regulations. Assist in menu planning, promotions, and special events. Prepare staff schedules and manage labour costs effectively. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of service areas.

Requirements:



Prior experience in food and beverage service or hospitality is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude. Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Proficient in using POS systems and managing inventories. * Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
