Experience in managing Resturants and bar. Prefer Western Outlets. Responsible for day to day operations. Set and follow service standards, able to do training for new colleagues. Leading role in setting and improving customer dining experience. Bar and beverage experience is an asset. Hands on manager and able to work in a fast pace enviroment Control and maange operations revenue and budget Hygiene and safety managemnet control. * Interacts well with kitchen team , suppliers and vendors.
