We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Restaurant Manager

to lead our team and ensure the smooth daily operations of our restaurant. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:



Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability Supervise and train staff to deliver excellent customer service Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly Develop and implement operational policies and procedures Work closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain consistent quality Plan and execute promotional activities to boost sales Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations

Requirements



Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B management or a similar role Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities Customer-oriented with a passion for hospitality Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments * Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software is an advantage
