Job Title: Restaurant Manager

:
- Oversee operation with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop\xe2\x80\x99s profitability.- Provide high quality of customer service to customers.- Have full knowledge of the menu to recommend specific items to customers.- Assist with rostering efficiently and cost-effectively to match business needs and sales.- Supervise and train the team in accordance with the company\'s DNA.- Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store.- Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations.- Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years\' experience in service roles within the hospitality industry- Experience as a cabin assistant/cabin crew will be considered an added advantage- Preferred experience in high-end Japanese restaurants- Able to work during weekends and Public Holidays- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills- Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed- Passionate about service and interacting with people

Compensation:
- Working location: 1 min walking distance from MRT Maxwell- Working days: 5 - 6 days/ week. Every Monday and one Sunday off every month.- Operating hours: Tuesday to Saturday, from 12pm to 10:30pm
