Requirements :-
Experience in the area western restaurants;
At least 2 years working experience in the senior position;
Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, throughout the operation
Hire, train, schedule and supervise all front of the house and back of the house employees
Ensure food & service quality meets company standards
Enforce health, safety, and santitation standards and all company policies.
Provide excellent service,handle complaints, and address customer feedbacks
Handle reservations and inquiries
Manage cost expenses , minimize waste and mange inventory and purhcasing
Promote the restaurant , implement marketing strategies and manage the restaurant public image
