Job Requirements: * Able to commece work immediately or within short notice * Able to work on weekends and public holidays * 6 days with 44 hours per week, late night to next day early mornin Job Requirements: Able to commece work immediately or within short notice Able to work on weekends and public holidays 6 days with 44 hours per week, late night to next day early morning Physical demanding : Day-to-day washing of utensils, cutlery, equipment etc Day-to-day upkeep of restaurant cleanliness by sweeping, washing, mopping and scurbbing of floor areas, and kitchen workstations/equipment Ensure adequte stock on dishwashing and cleaning detergents Ensure all dishwashing and, cleaning tools and equipments are properly sanitised and keep/store in their respective storage areas Daily disposal of trash to designated trash collection points Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
