Job Description



Restaurant Sales executive* Responsibilities:




  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

  • Meeting planned sales goals.

  • Setting sales targets

  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

  • Overseeing the activities and performance sales

  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

  • Work with marketing team to come out with promotion to create advertisement ads/contents

  • Promoting the organization and products.

  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to restaurant concept

  • Build and maintaining client relations

  • Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Ops teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply

  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

  • Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition

  • Follow organisational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department

  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities

  • Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions

  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times



*Requirements*:

  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

  • Experience in customer relationship management.

  • Dedication to providing great customer service
