Ziggle Kitchen\xe2\x80\x99s Restaurant Service Crew will be responsible in our F&B restaurant operations on a daily basis. The successful candidate will be able to arrange and manage all F&B orders.
Responsibilities:
Basic restaurant housekeeping chores.
Taking orders from customers and serving dishes to tables.
Perform basic waitering duties such as setting customer tables, preparing drink orders, cleaning and polishing cutlery and dishes.
Coordinate with hall and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during schedule shifts.
Perform basic waitering duties such as setting customer tables, preparing drink orders, cleaning and polishing cutlery and dishes.
Respond to customer complaints and ensure positive customer service in all areas, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customer into return customer.
Ad hoc duties as assigned (Maintain cleanliness).
Minimum Qualifications:
At least a Diploma. Preferably in Administration/Management, hospitality or equivalent.
Preferably someone with 1 year previous experience in managerial position. However, candidates with 3 years working experience in F&B line and possess a leadership skill who would like to progress their career as Manager are welcome to apply.
Preferably someone with working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
Communication and leadership skills.
Guest-oriented and service-minded.
