Responsibilities:
Ensure orderly operation runs through strict following of service sequence and standards
Interact with and manage customers and their feedback professionally and diplomatically, and appropriately refer such instances to the Manager on Duty.
Promotes good branding image of the unit through ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Check, clear and clean tables
Manage POS and cashiering duties
Prepare and serve food and drinks according to brand SOPs
Keep the Manager on Duty updated on any issues related to food & service
Adheres to the company's policy on grooming
Comply with all safety and hygiene standards as required by the Company and respective regulations
