Work location: Raffles City Shopping Centre / One Holland Village Work Schedule: 5 workdays, 44 hours per week Sign-on bonus (Terms and conditions apply) Staff incentive program On-the-job Training provided

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES



Responsible for overseeing the daily restaurant activities and operations. Managing restaurant staff's work schedules. Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked. Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly. Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations. Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests. Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints. Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. Standard service duties.

REQUIREMENTS



At least 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry Min. secondary school education with 'O' level passes Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period would be preferred Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate Able to work on weekends and public holidays
