Maintain high standards of
hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
throughout the restaurant.
Conduct daily checks to ensure all areas are neat and well-organized.
Manage staff attendance, performance, and discipline in accordance with company policies.
Monitor inventory for beverages and supplies, and report shortages to management.
Handle
customer feedback and complaints
in a professional and service-oriented manner.
Ensure proper closing procedures and secure the outlet at the end of the day.
Requirements:
Minimum 2
year of experience
in a supervisory role within the F&B or restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
