Job Description


Reporting to: Restaurant Manager

  • Schedule / Reservation for tables and ensure that tables are set before customers\xe2\x80\x99 arrival
  • Manage the front desk by receiving incoming calls, greeting and attending to customers
  • Inform customers on the availability of tables and direct them to the tables
  • Check restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s emails and respond to them accordingly
  • Communicate and inform restaurant manager on customers\xe2\x80\x99 bookings, needs and complaints
  • Responsible for the sanitation and display standards of the restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s front
  • Knowledge of concierge-related queries and information about surroundings to assist customer\xe2\x80\x99s query
  • Other ad-hoc duties as when required

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree holder or equivalent
  • Preferably in F&B or Hospitality industry, minimum three (3) year of related experience
  • Diligent and customer-oriented skills
  • Pleasant with a positive and approachable attitude
  • Able to work in a fast pace working environment
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays
