Identify and assess the service training needs of the restaurant.
Develop and execute training programs to improve service standards.
Develop training manuals and SOPs that target tangible results.
Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training meets the restaurant\'s needs and improves the customer\'s dining experience.
Assess service employees\xe2\x80\x99 skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
Effectively communicate with team members and management.
Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the restaurant\'s goals.
Assist in service operations and on-the-job training.
