Global heavyweight is actively seeking applications from exceptional associates hailing from top tier restructuring teams for their busy Singapore practice. Sitting within their prominent banking team, the successful candidate will be engaged on some of most challenging and significant domestic and cross-border restructuring and insolvency assignments, representing a broad range of market participants and stakeholders.The work handled by the team includes the full range of stressed and distressed situations, including balance sheet restructurings, debt and equity capital raising, secondary investments, liquidity management, distressed M&A, investigations, asset tracing, insolvency litigation, formal insolvency procedures and contingency planning.To be considered you will be admitted to practice in Singapore and/or England & Wales, Hong Kong or Australia with circa 2-5yrs+ PQE and possess a superb academic pedigree. Technically excellent, with strong communication skills, this opportunity offers ambitious candidates the chance to stretch their wings within a truly global practice.
