Responsibilities:

Working closely with Partners and Managers on client management and business development activities, by providing support in securing new wins and assisting in the preparation of proposals and contract related documents to be issued to the prospects/clients;
Engaging with various stakeholders to seek an understanding of the issues and address any engagement related queries and/or requirements;
Being able to work independently and/or support the engagement team, where required, in the preparation of the required deliverables
Assisting in project management, which includes monitoring the various stages of the engagement assigned, ensuring deadlines are duly met and following up with the relevant parties;
Attending to any other tasks as deemed necessary to support the delivery of engagements.

Requirements:

2 to 3 years of experience in Solvent Reconstruction and Liquidation related engagements, such as structuring, corporate rationalisation exercises including exit planning and complex members\' voluntary liquidation engagements;
Knowledge in the applicable Singapore law;
Degree in accountancy, or Finance or Business or professional qualification in accounting;
Computer literate (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
Good organisational and communication skills;
Ability to speak and write English fluently;
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
