As an Analyst within our Results team in Singapore, you will be responsible for the following:Engage with our business partners to deliver timely and accurate results measurement and analysis for Capital Group's Lux Funds suite of mutual funds and institutional accounts Calculate and analyze portfolio results, attribution, and analytics in support of external clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders such as Sales, Asset Class Services, Client Servicing, Marketing, Publishing and Business Management. Serve as a subject matter expert for one or more internal and external industry applications, as well as playing a critical role in leading enterprise-wide initiatives and strategic objectives.

"I am the person Capital Group is looking for."You have at least 5 years of experience with Fixed Income and/or Multi Assets & Solutions, preferably with attribution and portfolio analysis. You have experience with calculating, validating, and interpreting portfolio investment results, attribution analysis, benchmark analysis and transaction/holdings-based analysis. You have advanced MS Excel Skills and experience in results-related systems such as FactSet Portfolio Analysis, Barra, B-One, Aladdin. You have a good working knowledge of analyzing data via data extraction and/or data visualization tools, for example, Power BI, Alteryx and SQL You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking, strong analytical skills, agility, excellent problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity are essential for success. You have a keen focus on developing best practices, increasing efficiency, enhancing capabilities, and mitigating risks


In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
