Keep up to date on store information and product knowledge to promote services of the company
Deliver good customer service
Maintain and update data bank of regular customers, ensure effective and systematic customer data resource system.
Handle and resolve customers\' feedback or complaints, escalate to manager whenever needed
Assist with assistance calls from the boutiques on the Duty Phone
Perform cashiering duties, housekeeping, stock control and other ad-hoc duties required by management
Job Requirements:
A professional education certification in any field
Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar role
Independent, a team player
Service-oriented, passion in retail operation
Other Information:
Location: Central
5 days work week, retail working hours
Salary up to $3400 (depends on experience) + Bonus
