With the expansion of the South East Asian market, we are seeking a group of specialized professionals to join our dynamic and fun-loving team in Singapore. Depending on work schedule, your duties may include but not limited to the following: Reports to Retail AR Supervisor Perform task in accordance to service level agreement set. Perform operational reporting by reporting generation to Team Lead. Respond to RFI/Chargebacks request in a timely manner. Generate failed credit card transactions for reprocessing. Validate order status for refund request by consumers. Perform bank transfer and identify receipts for processing. Generate reconcilation tools and reformat files to facilitate analysis. Generate payment advise in a timely manner. Submit required documentation to banks in accordance to LOC. Validate supporting vietnamese documentation based on rebate programs.
