Job Description

- Position Title: Bakery Retail Assistant / Retail Assistant (Bakery Store)
- Working Location: City Square Mall, White Sands Mall, IMM, Chinatown Point, City Link Mall
- Working Hours: 6 days (2 shifts)
- Salary Package: Up to $1700 (including allowance + incentive + OT)
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Pack and display bakery items and products on the shelves and counters.
- Replenish and refill display counters with fresh stocks of bakery items.
- Monitor expiry dates and shelf life of products.
- Responsible for operating the POS cash register, handling various types of payments and performing packing for customer purchases.
- Ensure compliance with all food & hygiene safety standards in the bakery shop.
- Answer queries from customers and assist in making recommendations according to customers\' needs.
- Provide prompt, helpful and courteous service to customers at all times.
- Assist with stock check.
- Maintain neat and systematic storing of products and perform daily housekeeping.
- Manage orders on FoodPanda, Grab Food, Deliveroo delivery apps.
- Prepare simple daily report.
- Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required.
- Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
- Prior working experience in the F&B industry is an added advantage.
- Comfortable with working on shift rotation.
