Key Responsibilities:
Assist in achieving store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Deliver excellent customer service and manage escalated customer issues professionally. Drive store sales and profitability through efficient operations while upholding high service standards. Develop strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and enhancing their shopping experience. Ensure the store is well-presented, including merchandising, stock management, and overall housekeeping. Provide coaching and mentorship to new team members as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years of retail experience; experience with fashion brands is a plus.
