This part-time job is suitable for undergraduate students who are on semester break and would like to gain practical experience. It offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to the success of our store.Retail Assistant (Part-Time)- Prospect and promote jewelry products and services to walk-in customers as well as customers on our online platforms.- Provide customer service support for the retail network and e-commerce.- Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well-presented.- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every client.- Drive client satisfaction.- Work together with operations to ensure a smooth fulfillment process.- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as required.Requirements:1. Undergraduate students in any field of study.2. Skilled in using Microsoft Office (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).3. Meticulous, with strong communication and teamwork skills.4. Passionate to the customer/sales industry5. Must be able to commit for at least 3 months.6. Candidates with no prior retail experience are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.7. Willingness to learn.8. Good command in English and Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia is a plus - to liaise with multilingual customers.

• Candidates must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
