Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform cashiering duties
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers from enquiry to point of sales
- Manage cash, credit sales and collection
- Daily closing and accurate summary of sales handover
- Update pricing and product labeling, merchandising and housekeeping of display counters
- Manage after-sales issues regarding replacements and repairs
- Minimum GCE "N" / "O" level
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
