? Key Responsibilities:



? Assist the Store Manager in daily operations


? Lead, train, and motivate the sales team


? Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction


? Manage inventory and visual merchandising


? Achieve sales targets and support promotional activities


? Maintain store standards and compliance with company policies


What We're Looking For:



? Previous experience in retail or sales (supervisory experience preferred)


? Strong leadership and communication skills


? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


? Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences


? Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
