Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist customers to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience Provide detailed product information and recommendations tailored to customer needs Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays according to company standards Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Requirements:



Minimum SPM Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous Strong interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $2,300.00 per month
