- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations
- Operate POS system and handle cashless/cash transactions accurately
- Replenish shelves, arrange displays, and maintain store presentation
- Ensure store cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards
- Support stock receiving, stock checks, and inventory control
- Assist with promotions, launches, and in-store activities
- Handle basic customer feedback and escalate issues when needed
Requirements
- No experience required (training provided)
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Comfortable standing for long hours
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
- Responsible, punctual, and a team player
Working Hours
- Up to 44 hours per week (full-time)
- Shift-based within store operating hours
- Part-time: flexible shifts available
