• Be the Face of Plexsonic: As an ambassador, you\xe2\x80\x99ll deliver top-tier customer service, sharing your product knowledge and offering tailored recommendations to customers seeking the perfect audio experience.
• Offer a Bespoke Experience: Guide customers through a unique, personalized journey in-store, including taking custom ear impressions (full training provided).
• Maintain Store Excellence: Ensure the boutique remains immaculate by performing daily housekeeping, making sure products are perfectly displayed.
• Own the Checkout Experience: Manage POS transactions seamlessly, ensuring a smooth sales process for every customer.
• Keep Us Stocked & Ready: Assist with stocktaking and inventory management of consumables to ensure we\xe2\x80\x99re always prepared.
• Handle Logistics: Process shipping and returns, ensuring every detail is taken care of for a hassle-free customer experience.

What We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For:

• A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining store standards.
• Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn about our cutting-edge products.
• Comfortable working hands-on with custom ear impressions and monitors (don\xe2\x80\x99t worry, we\xe2\x80\x99ll train you!).
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are what truly matter.
