Retail Assistant (Part-time) Job Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional customer service when customers enter the store.
Assist customers with enquiries related to printers, repair services, and customised printing.
Ensure counter display goods are well-stocked, tidy, and presentable.
Prepare and pack online sales orders for delivery or collection.
Reply to business WhatsApp messages promptly, including basic enquiries and order follow-ups.
Create basic mock-up designs (e.g. name, logo placement, simple layout) for customers to review before printing customised merchandise such as T-shirts, mugs, etc.
Support day-to-day store operations and assist the team when needed.
Requirements
Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with Canva, or similar design tools is an advantage.
Able to communicate clearly in English & Mandarin.
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
No prior experience required -- training will be provided.
