Retail Assistant (Part-time)
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service when customers enter the store.
  • Assist customers with enquiries related to printers, repair services, and customised printing.
  • Ensure counter display goods are well-stocked, tidy, and presentable.
  • Prepare and pack online sales orders for delivery or collection.
  • Reply to business WhatsApp messages promptly, including basic enquiries and order follow-ups.
  • Create basic mock-up designs (e.g. name, logo placement, simple layout) for customers to review before printing customised merchandise such as T-shirts, mugs, etc.
  • Support day-to-day store operations and assist the team when needed.
Requirements
  • Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with Canva, or similar design tools is an advantage.
  • Able to communicate clearly in English & Mandarin.
  • Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • No prior experience required -- training will be provided.
